Les Beaux Jeudis, French for “The Beautiful Thursdays”, is the restaurant upstairs Thursday’s Bar, which also features Thursday’s Club in the basement. Thursday’s is connected to Hotel De La Montagne, which has a rooftop pool for weekend partying during the summer. The clientele ranges with business crowds, hôtel guests, visitors cruising the strip and the local or foreign student crowd. Move onto the pub for pickup-central, but stay at the restaurant for the famous steak tartar, rack of lamb, and flambéed ribsteak. Prices remain low and make sure to ask for the $24 weekly specials including the Wednesday all-you-can-eat shrimp extraordinaire.
