Hands-down the most popular weekend to be in Montreal, as the engines not only rev-up on the race track, but all the aspects of nightlife kick it into high gear. On Crescent Street, concerts partake every year as they close off Crescent above Ste-Catherine and setup a massive outdoor stage. Free beer (sample size), contests, and tons of people walk the streets of downtown. And I dare you to try and get a table on the many patios of the bars on Crescent. Mayhem – but well worth the sight.
