Here it is! The infamous Montreal Beer Festival at Place Bonaventure, which is connected to the Bell Centre, home of the Montreal Canadiens. So the way it works is you pay a small entrance fee, and walk around a large outdoor/outdoor square with various stands with microbreweries from all over the world!
You buy coupons and then go at it.. try as many different pints as possible! Everyone is having a great time and the event runs today and tomorrow from 11 Am to 10 PM. Sunday the Beer Fest opens at 11 am and closes at 8 pm.
