With 5 years under its belt, Restaurant Meat Market is no newbie on the list for foodies in the Plateau part of Montreal. But after having dinner several times and always being influenced by my friends to go hard (bison, ostrich and steak), finally a couple buddies told me to go for the burgers.

Now with certain premier burger places in town, I was worried that I wasn’t going to be satisfied. Yeah right. You have to get a hold of the Swiss Miss burger. I even went back for the French Pepper burger and was once again super satisfied. And the best part -> all the burgers are $13-$14. Include some fries and a nice salad and I promise you Meat Market’s burger will keep you coming back. It keeps me coming back!
